2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our courses, with the exception of our premium Financial Freedom Blueprint course, which comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within the applicable guarantee period from the date of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

3.1 Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period (30 days or 60 days) from the date of purchase.

3.2 Course Completion

You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content to be eligible for a full refund. This includes videos watched, quizzes taken, and assignments submitted.

3.3 Account Standing

Your account must be in good standing, with no violations of our Terms and Conditions.

3.4 First-Time Refund

The refund request must be for your first purchase of the specific course. Repeat purchases of the same course are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
  3. Select the course you wish to receive a refund for
  4. Click on the "Request Refund" button

4.2 Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

5.1 Course Completion Over 30%

If you have completed more than 30% but less than 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price, at our discretion.

5.2 Technical Issues

If you experienced significant technical issues that prevented you from accessing the course content, and our support team was unable to resolve these issues, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund even if outside the standard refund period.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed
  • Downloadable resources that have been downloaded (worksheets, templates, guides, etc.)
  • Course bundles where individual courses have been substantially accessed
  • Special promotional offers marked as "non-refundable"
  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago (or 60 days for the Financial Freedom Blueprint)
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have already taken place

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our courses, please contact our support team at [email protected] before requesting a refund. Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues you may experience.

7.2 Course Updates

If a course undergoes significant changes or updates during your access period, these changes do not qualify as grounds for a refund outside the standard refund period. We strive to keep our content current and relevant, and updates are provided as a benefit to our students.

7.3 Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent you from completing a course within the refund period, please contact us with documentation of your situation. 8. Course Cancellations

In the rare event that Paudecenar needs to cancel a course after purchase, all affected students will receive a full refund automatically. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any course cancellations.

9. Mobile Money Refunds

For purchases made via mobile money services (such as MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo Money), please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the same mobile money account used for the purchase
  • Mobile money provider fees associated with the original transaction are generally non-refundable
  • Processing times for mobile money refunds may vary depending on the provider and may take up to 14 business days
  • You must provide the phone number associated with the mobile money account used for the purchase

10. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

If you purchased a course using a promotional discount or coupon:

  • The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after applying the discount
  • One-time use coupons will not be reissued or restored after a refund
  • Courses obtained at a 100% discount (free) are not eligible for refunds

11. Abuse of Refund Policy

Paudecenar reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:

  • Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same course
  • Downloading and/or copying course materials before requesting a refund
  • Sharing course access with others and then requesting a refund
  • Making false claims to qualify for a refund

Abuse of our refund policy may result in the suspension or termination of your Paudecenar account.
